We welcome everyone to our worship this morning. There will not be any tea or coffee after the service due to preparations for the Induction.

 

Please observe the time of quiet following the placing of the Bible on the lectern and at the end of the service after the Blessing.

We thank Peter and Mary Warren for our flowers this week in celebration of their Diamond Wedding Anniversary, which have been arranged throughout the church by the Flower Arranging Team.

 

Our Organist and Choirmaster is Phillip Down.

Pastoral News – if you have any news or concerns about fellow members who are sick or in hospital, please let our Pastoral Secretaries know.  You can also give news to the Third Man and this information will be kept confidential.  The Third Man this week is Tina Papworth.

Car Parking for Induction Service – as we are expecting a large attendance, parking spaces will be limited.  Please share lifts or walk if you are able.

 

Contributions for Induction Tea – please could food for the induction service be brought ready to serve ie the sandwiches and cakes cut and scones buttered.

Choosing A Secondary School

An Invitation to all Year 5 & 6 Parents - Tuesday 14 September at 8 pm in the Park Room (Coffee and cake from 7.45 pm).  This is an opportunity to gather information and share thoughts.

Harvest Gifts - Please bring gifts of fresh fruit or vegetables to church on Saturday morning 18 September.  Contributions of tinned and dried items can be brought to the service on Sunday.  All gifts will be donated to Crawley Open House.
