A Creative Lent Workshop: Wilderness, Hope and Grace

  • 1 min read

You are warmly invited to a reflective and creative Lent workshop led by Revd. Siobhán Antoniou. This gentle, thoughtful morning offers space to pause, reflect, and deepen your journey through Lent alongside others.

Together, we will explore powerful artworks from the Methodist Modern Art Collection, focusing on the themes of wilderness, hope, and grace. These visual reflections will help us consider the experience of Lent in fresh and imaginative ways.

The workshop will weave together poetry and scripture, moments of silence and prayer, and shared reflection. We will conclude our time with simple, contemplative singing of Lent hymns, creating a calm and prayerful close to the morning.

This workshop is suitable for anyone seeking a deeper spiritual reflection during Lent—no prior knowledge of art or theology is needed, just a willingness to reflect and engage.

Date: Saturday 7 March 2026

Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
