A team of young environmental champions stepped up on Sunday 1st June at Reigate Park Church, taking part in a fun and meaningful Litter-Picking Eco-Heroes! event.
Determined to care for God’s creation, the children spent the morning collecting rubbish from around the church grounds. With sunny skies and plenty of energy, they worked together to tidy up the outdoor space - showing that small actions can make a big difference.
“It was really fun and we found loads of rubbish!” said one enthusiastic participant, summing up the day.
The event reflected Reigate Park Church’s growing commitment to environmental responsibility and teaching children the importance of looking after the world around them.
Our Junior Church Leaders hope to hold more eco-themed activities in the future, helping young people put their faith into action in practice
