Last Sunday, Reigate Park Church hosted a heartwarming Nativity Service that brought the timeless story into the present with the theme 'Bridging the Gap.' Let's take a moment to reflect on the highlights of this magical event that beautifully connected the Nativity tale with our contemporary lives.

Interconnected Generations Take Center Stage: The Nativity Service embraced the spirit of inclusivity by featuring both adults and children in various roles. 23 children and young people captivated the congregation with solos, acting, singing, readings, and leading prayers. This collaborative effort fostered a sense of community that resonated across generations.

Inclusive Expressions: Alix from the Include Choir contributed to the inclusivity of the service by signing 'Away in a Manger' in Makaton. This thoughtful addition showcased our commitment to making our events accessible to everyone, ensuring that every member of our community could participate in the celebration.

Supporting Worthy Causes: In the true spirit of giving, the Nativity Service included offertory collections dedicated to two essential causes: the Alzheimer’s Society and Medicins Sans Frontieres. The generosity of our community will undoubtedly make a positive impact on those in need.
